Land Surface Temperature Watch is an interactive map for exploring heat patterns across India. The map stays clear on first load and adds a heat layer only after you request it for a selected location. The live model can take a couple of minutes to load when it is first fired up, so the first request may be slower.

The legend appears after a heatmap is loaded and reflects the actual temperature range in the current result.

How to use this page

  1. Start from the India-wide view.
  2. Click any point on the map.
  3. Use Get Heatmap to request a live local heat surface.
  4. Adjust the temperature filter to focus on a narrower range.
  5. Use Back to India or Clear Selection to reset the view.
